How We Work

We make it easy to go from drawing to delivered parts, with clear communication and engineer-led review at every stage.

1) Send Drawings or 3D Models

Send STEP/IGES models and PDF drawings. If your design is still evolving, we can still review and advise.

2) Engineering Review (DFM)

We assess manufacturability, tolerances, materials, and cost drivers. Where helpful, we suggest changes to reduce lead time or cost without compromising function.

3) Precision Manufacturing

Components are produced using proven manufacturing partners, with consistent processes and documented outputs. You deal with one engineering-led point of contact throughout.

4) Inspection & Delivery

Inspection requirements are agreed up front. We provide documented dimensional checks and First Article Inspection (FAI) where required.
